The Lyrics

Song #10 of my "Styx Sing Harry Potter" collection. This one is taken from The Prisoner of Azkaban and is about the first time that Harry Potter meets his godfather... Actually the 2nd time... Actually both of the 1st time and 2nd time because they have a freakin' time machine that lets them go all "Back to the Future" in rescuing his Godfather and the hippogriff Buckbeak's lives while trying to avoid their past selves.
Yeah, Hermoine's got this one tool
Makes her rock in our school
She can cram in more book looks
She can travel through time and use it to stop crime
But to classes she is hooked
Can we use it to go save my parents?
Can we use it to go kill Voldemort?

Well, We'll hear Hagrid sobbing cause Buckbeak is doomed
This hippogriff's headless
My godfather's boozy, Lives his life as a dog
And fleas jump through his hair
Is it any wonder I want to live with him?
A guy who just escaped Azkaban jail

We'll use the time turner to go
Through time just to save Black
Yes, We've got to do it with some gadgetry
We'll go through time just to save Black
Yes, That's what happens when sci-fi meets fantasy
We'll go through time, Never look back
Yes, Go back through the day, back through the day to three
Blow through time to save Black (Go back, back, back, back, back through the day)
Forget we can change the whole past (Could it have no other use? Rack brains...)
This thing is so totally whack!

Go through time, Retrace tracks
Go through time, Head's not axed
Go through time, Plan's got cracks...

We've got a time travel necklace and we've got the future's knowledge
Now nobody's dyin'
So Buckbeak's not penned and Black's gone with the wind
I mean he's in the air flyin'
But we had some issues, Pettigrew left again
Although that rat bastard should be destroyed

Should we do it over? Cause this
Thing turns time to the past
We can fix everything that's been bugging me
We've gone through time just to save Black
Now I can stop all the times Dudley's slugging me
We can twist time back to the past
We'll go back through the day, Back through the day to three

Go through time to save Black (Back, back, back, back, back through the day)
Go through time it's a blast (But still Peter Pettigrew has escaped)
Stalk ourselves in the past (Mmmmm)
Race through time super fast (Save, save, save, saving the day)
Blow through times I got smacked (Mm-Hmmm)
Back to the Shrieking Shack
Laws of space-time have cracked
Go through time to save...
NOTE: Peter Pettigrew is a man who can change into a rat and he betrayed Harry Potter's parents to Lord Voldemort who killed them off and is also the man who helped bring Voldemort back to life and full power.
