An aspie is a person with Asperger's Syndrome (High Functioning Autism) its mean to make fun of a condition, but "I" have the condition and I'm paradizing myself really. This is like an intro to my life with my disability.

and i might find myself, stemming...with an imaginary girlfriend!

My IQ's very high, enough brain to go around

it is med time, i know it cuz my mood is down.
i may ask the ugly girl, what are you staring at?
i may ask myself, where is that aspie soulmate
when i get depressed (immitate's Byrne's arm chopping) i cut my arm up with a knife
if my phsychologist finds out, i could get locked up for life
look at the aspie guy, trying to dance on the dance ground
i like a K2 high, a legal way to calm me down
rocking myself again, my sanity is gone

David Byrne (lead singer of Talking Heads) self-identifies as having Asperger Syndrome, so this is quite an appropriate OS to choose!
