This was an easy parody done in 3 minutes. The US Army wanted the German HK XM8 in the mid-2000s but was halted by Congress in 2006 b/c Colt couldn't seem to produce a decent ACR for the third time. So US Army troops are still stuck with the crappy Colt M4 carbine which is a dud. US SOCOM forces, however, were allowed to get the Belgian FNH SCAR in 5.56mm with ability to take 6.8mm developing round as well as another variant able to fire NATO 7.62x51mm OR Soviet-era 7.62x39mm rounds! It has been a huge success but angers the Germans who responded with the HK-416 in 5.56mm AND the HK-417 in 7.62mm!!! Rejects from the old ACR competition were the Australian designed Edenpine M17S made by Bushmaster and the Robinson M96 which was a reworking of the old Stoner 63 but with synthetics, all-round railings, improved optics, and ability to take the EGLM (Enhanced Grenade Launcher Module). Now, Remington has a new ACR to add and Colt still can't seem to produce any new modern designs. In Afghanistan, SOCOM forces use the SCAR to kill along with an array of other German weapons like the HK SOCOM .45, HK UMP 45, HK MP-5, etc... which says a lot about the superiority of German arms. Had the XM8 won, Colt would have lost a significant amount of military production, so it keeps being bailed-out by Congress. US soldiers want German weapons.
