The Lyrics
Okay, so this is the deal.... This whole song is a riddle, or rather a set of riddles. Every single word is part of a reference to either a movie, a video game, TV show, musician, etc. Each reference can be any length but are generally pretty short, and not all the references have to do with the one before/after it, but some of them do. In the bottom comments section see if you can identify any of them. Difficulty ranges from pretty easy to damn near impossible. In a while I'll post a "solution" version of the song, explaining what each line means and refers to. Good luck!

Line 2 is about Robin Williams. Line 10 John Mayer? Sprinkled throughout: Brian Jones? Mario Van Peebles (Spoon who worked for Mr. T?--he was in a show called Sonny Spoon, but I can't figure out the Mr. T link)? Michael Jackson? This was a bit of fun, but a little too arcane. Reminds me of the lyrics of the early Residents (cf. the entry for 'Not Available' or 'Duck Stab/Buster & Glen' at www.rzweb.net). I think we could see more of this type of stuff in the future. 545
Nothing solid there.... Robin Williams is the closest, you've got the right idea but the wrong subject;) The word spoon does refer to a spoon... like, the utensil. That's far from the answer, just a hint! And keep in mind it's "a Mr. T", not "THE Mr. T". If my real full name was Dark Jon, people would probably call me Mr. D. in a song like this.
