The Lyrics

Quite a challenge to parody this but I think I did a decent job. It's accurate to the movie, and paces well, but not perfect, but with so few words in many verses an extra sylllable here or there will go unnoticed by everyone except diehard AIC fans.
Ain't found a way to kill this threat
Even terminators sweat
Seems the past leads me to nowhere

Hu-man, he seems, and it's his bet
They haven't seen the terminator yet
But I will find you out-there

Arnold's come to snuff John Conner
Yeah, he come to kill John Conner
But he ain't gonna die
No, No, No, ya know he ain't gonna die

Walking tall metallic man
I'll kill conner anyway I can
Sa-a-rah, I've to terminate your boy
Never get my fill of humans' death
I'll hunt for him 'till my dying breath
Besides we need to make two sequals

Terminator's come for Conner
Yeah, here comes the cyborg, yeah
You know he's gotta survive
No, No, No, ya he ain't gonna die

Not bad! You successfully compiled a parody of the song "Rooster," perhaps AIC's most challenging song to parodize because of its slow, melancholy melodies. You're pacing is not that bad; I was able to sing it to the actual song. It's all being able to sing the line identically to the original, rather than quickly scanning it. Great subject too!

Thank you so much SJ, the trick was to think of the song title as "The Rooster" instead of just "Rooster". I just watched the Terminator again a few days ago and it just popped into my head--John Conner. From that name I built the whole paordy around the song and the movie. I think I'm around twenty submissions now, and have parodied alot of rock/metal songs, atleast 5 AIC, 2 Nirvana, 2 Queensryche. My next challenge besides a scary as court case ( got a warrant served tonight) is to parody some Soundgarden songs. Also see my new Faith No More parody of Falling To Pieces, its funny as hell, and sick as well. Oh well, might only see parodies from me in the next few months, as I'm probably ( hopefully not)going to prison for a long time ( and I don't think they will have computers in there, not ones me me to use anyway). Also did something that may have never been done before, I parodied myself with the song "Creep" by Radiohead, but it's impossible to tell as there is no way to search this site for that kind of parody. Anyway, thanks again for the 555.

I'm not familiar yet with Queensryche (for some odd reason, I always mistake Queensryche as being Quiet Riot...). Well, I wish you the best whenever you go to court, and hopefully, you won't go to prison. Y'know, at the time I'm typing this, I'm at 20 parody submissions. Probably Friday night, I'll submit my next one, a parody of JT's "Cry Me A River." As far as Nirvana goes, my own parody of Smells Like Teen Spirit has been completed and probably won't be submitted until late April or possibly sometime in May. I have confidence it'll be a funny parody to read, since I spent almost a month revising and double-checking to see if the pacing was correct and to see if it contained hilarious lines. We'll see how it goes!

Probably my fav AIC song so I had to check this out and/but Johnny already said 90 percent of what's to be said. I'll add that I like to see parody variations on original parts repeated, but given how the slow repetetive chorus is essential to this song I'm not gonna duck you points for it on this one.
