This is for those 111 voters out there. I will NEVER give a 1 on pacing, because if the song is so incomplete/missrhymed it doesn't count as a parody from me. If the song is complete and is way off but recognizable, then it gets a 2 ( which I have only given once ). Also, only have given maybe 5 3's on pacing as well, most parodies are 4 or 5 on pacing. The rest I care less about, because everyone has a different sense of humor. I haven't received that many 111's but they still are crap. Bottom Line: If you hate the parody topic but it's paced well enough the worst it should get is a 411. PS- For the FEW AIC fans out there, this is off Unplugged, not doing the spoken part off of their "Tripod" CD.

F***in' h*ll, R*d A*t! DKTOS (again!!! Sorry - it's just me i must have real bad music taste!!!), but you've brought up a very interesting point. Just recently I tried to help this author, Josh i think his name was. Anyways, I gave him a decent mark (343 or something), and I told him what he needed to improve to get 5s. You know what the little b****** did? He started going off it with me, told me to kiss "that thing below his back" and gave one of my parodies 111 out of spite. It's frustrating but I just laughed at him. But overall, it's a bit of a bummer because it's brought down the average mark of my song, which isn't a 111 and had also gotten some really positive comments. If people are going to abuse the scoring system like that, they should just leave this website alone.
Yeah, I saw that. I expect some 111s when I do toilet humor, but a spite vote of 111 is not very mature, but it is easy for new authors to get upset ( all 3 of us ) about our parodies and comments we make. Don't worry about it, I write these for fun and while it does suck to see a 111, they WILL happen occasionally.
Not to worry... I have blessed your truthful parody with non-offensive fives. Sludge Factory I feel is a difficult song to parody...but not for you, my crimson-insect friend...as always, you deliver a moralistic, and yet whimsical Alice in Chains parody of usually the most difficult of Alice in Chains songs TO parody. Great job, and may the 1-grudgers never strike in spite of...
Actually, there are several AIC songs that even I think will be tough, such as The Real Thing, Brother, Got Me Wrong, and much off of " Tripod " CD. PS--Tomorrow I will have the first release off of "Sap" posted here, and it's very depressing.
Holy crap, I used all those big words in a non-confusing and dare I say elegant fashion to create such a repose? Oh wait, the date is March 30...oh yeah, I was in English at the time...no wonder...
