Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Rescue Rangers version of Barbie Girl, partly inspired by other RR song parodies and partly inspired by Goodness Gracious Me's parody of the same song.Warning: It's gonna be a bit OOC.
Dale: Hey Gadget!
Gadget: Hello Dale!
Dale: Like to come for a spin?
Gadget: Okay, Dale!
Dale: Hop in!

Gadget: I'm a Mousie Girl in a Mousie World
Life is risky, but it's so dandy
I can mend a chair, improvise evening-wear
Rescue Rangers, they're so adventurous

Dale: Come on, Gadget, let's do magic

Gadget: I'm a Mousie Girl in a Mousie World
Life is risky, but it's so dandy
I can mend a chair, improvise evening-wear
Rescue Rangers, they're so adventurous

Gadget: I'm a clever rodent with a fallen parent
Inventive, Determined, Mechanical
I can build, I can shirk, with my goggles and shirt
Paint my plane, fix a train, before dinner

Dale: You can weld, you can wash
We'll retrieve the hot dosh

Rrrah!!!

Gadget: I'm a Mousie Girl in a Mousie World
Life is risky, but it's so dandy
I can mend a chair, improvise evening-wear
Rescue Rangers, they're so adventurous

Dale: Come on, Gadget, let's do magic.
Gadget: Ah, oh yeah!
Dale: Come on, Gadget, help that rabbit.
Gadget: Whoa, I'll go!
Dale: Come on, Gadget, don't be tragic.
Gadget: Ah, okay!
Dale: Come on, Gadget, let me have it.
Gadget: No, no, no!

Gadget: We can live, we can fly, we can reach for the sky
You can huff and wheeze, work is not your cheese
Come on friend, you can help, we can learn about kelp
Hit the head, it is round, it's called progress

Dale: You can build, you can fight, if you get it right
With your brains and my luck
You can freeze, you can burn, but it's like a churn
You must realise the danger

The danger!

Gadget: I'm a Mousie Girl in a Mousie World
Life is risky, but it's so dandy
I can mend a chair, improvise evening-wear
Rescue Rangers, they're so adventurous

Dale: Come on, Gadget, clear that traffic.
Gadget: Ah, oh yeah!
Dale: Come on, Gadget, fix the attic.
Gadget: Whoa, no bolts!
Dale: Come on, Gadget, use your hatchet.
Gadget: Ah, okay!
Dale: And, while you're here, brush your mousehair.
Gadget: No, no, no!

(Slow down)

Gadget: I'm a Mousie Girl in a Mousie World
I never thought I'd be an astronaut
You always have a dream, always goes unseen.
Who thought helping would be so threatening?
The characters of Dale and Gadget belong to Disney.

O.O Dude. I used to watch Rescue Rangers when I was little. You destroyed my childhood memories......but in a good way! That was funny, but a tad disturbing. Where did you get that sick idea? *5's*

Re: Previous Comment. Sorry, I did warn that it would be OOC. Well, on another website I read a song parody called '50 Ways to Write a Fanfic' as oppsoed to '50 Ways to Leave your Lover', this reminded me of 'Goodness Gracious Me' and their parody song called '50 Ways to Leave your Mother' and that, in turn, reminded me of their parody song 'Punjabi Girl' as opposed to 'Barbie Girl' and I was thinking how to produce a CDRR song parody from that. It could have been a parody of 'Common People' but I couldn't think of a clear pattern to use. It could be that the organisation of the lyrics here was poor, but I couldn't think of anything that would rhyme better.
