Original Song Title:

"I Love You"

Original Performer:

Barney and the Backyard Gang

Parody Song Title:

"Bad Cartoon"

Parody Written by:

Robert D. Arndt Jr.

The Lyrics

North Korean "Squirrel and Hedgehog" is an animated cartoon propaganda series started in 1977 which was delivered in 2 parts totalling 31 episodes. The latter part was CGI. In Flowerland (N Korea) the squirrels (N Korean citizens), Hedgehogs (N Korean soldiers), and ducks (N Korean sailors) must fight: mice (S Koreans), Weasels (Japanese) and the Big Bad Wolves (Americans). The shows featured graphic violence, assassination, torture, and non-stop war.
Bad cartoon,
Propaganda sleaze,
Deriding Americans, S Koreans, and Japanese
Graphics didn't suck,
CGI came later too,
But N Korean kids liked images so cruel

Bad cartoon,
Enemies,
Flowerland is a place of peace (WTF???)
Squirrels work much,
To ward off the mice, weasels, and Bad Wolf too,
Tv brainwashing used as a tool

But we're not fooled...

I need to combat this, with some G.I. Joe! 455

We grew up with violence too with "Looney Tunes" and "The Three Stooges," but this propaganda violence and influence is a bit too much. Am amused that they used furries though. That's actually quite smart. Same for "Flowerland."

Why would anyone think that is funny? Just plain bad writing

Where is Jonny's page? Jonny who?

Why does Jonny need to have a page? He/she only stated that this "parody" isn't funny, which it isn't. If someone sees a painting they don't like, do they have to be an artist to voice their opinion?

Creativity, like art and beauty, is in the eye of the beholder; hence, the people who like Arndt's out of the box stuff. Just sayin'...

Is pacing in the eye of the beholder? there's one line tha's 8 syllables over the 7 syllable original line, which makes it one of the worst paced lines ever submitted to Amiright. And two other lines are almost as bad. So this is one of the worst paced songs ever submitted to Amiright But there's a score of 14 fives for pacing. Meanwhile, every other song submitted Friday has no more than 4 TU's, even though none of them have pacing errors. Maybe there's some out of the box scoring
