Parody Song Title:

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I wanted to do a video , but I't might never happen so here it is
( Trying to reed scrol scroll) Ma cheer,, muuh? dam. m wahzeL ( toss scroll )

I’m your jest
I’m your jest
At your service it's my quest
Sit and relax on your throne queenie
And I’ll perform with zest
Juggle four
Do you want more?
Why I travel just to serve
You like magic
Or suspicious
It's against something religious?
shall I sing?
Shall I dance?
Troubadour miss, like in France?
Don't you ever fear I'm never second best
It maters not what venue
Let me entertain you
I’m your jest
Yes your jest
I’m your jest

One and two
Three you say
And the torches light flambe
I'll prepare and serve with flair
An entertaining enactment
When you're bored
And well chaired
Give a holler I'm prepared
No more gloom and no complaining
While this jesters entertaining
Tell some jokes
With my tricks
Then I get my devil sticks
And I'm always such a card
That you can bet
So you can hit or pass
But if you want some class
Then I'm your jest

Your request
I do nothing but my best

I'm your jest!
I'm your jest!
I'm your jest!

My life gets unnerving
As a servant when not serving
Not a whole without a sole to weight upon
Ah, those good old days minstrels were hired
Saddens me those good old days are gone
For years I've been lusting
Starving and so near to busting
Idle exertion, no chance to show my skills
Now days I just stray around to castles
Feelings tired, mazy
I would love to serve you lady

I'm your jest!
I'm your jest

Mrs Socks: It's the jest
It's the jest
Sakes alive , you need some rest
No more bored is any lord
As well the lady is impressed
Rest exert
I'll make tea
For the guests and majesty
Till she does I'll keep on foolin
I'll be juggling, knights their dueling
Is it warm
Even hot?
I'm tired but can not stop
Hurry up!
I'll keep the company impressed

Can I have some tea too?

Mrs Socks: You want one lump or two?
To help the jest

I've a crest

Socks:Get some rest

Aye your vest
I oar west I oar west I oar west

I'm your jest! I'm your jest!
Your command is my request
I's been years since I have entertained and gosh
I've been depressed
Want a deal, not a squeeze
Well I only aim to please
Long as sun light candle glowing
Entertain you I'll keep going
Trick by trick, pun by pun
Til you say that it's been fun
And I'll try to go to sleep and get some rest
That night I'll prop my feet up
It was a good feat yup
I'm your jest
I'm your jest
I'm your jest

Make,me your jest

Ann - I want to know why there are 23 views on this parody and only one comment. This is a monster to write - C'Mon people give Ann some feedback - she worked hard on this - so tell her what you think. Are all y'alls fingers broke or what?

Ann- I can tell a lot of work went into this one. Seems it broke with the OS's rhyme structure a few times, from what I can recall. Nevertheless, "jest" peachy!

Oh, Ann, I'm so sorry but I don't know that song. However, you'll always be tops in my book. You made the first comment I ever had for my "My Neu-ron-rons" parody. Therefore, because of the charm, enthusiasm and personality that comes through the words, I grant you all jumpin' jive fives ... and not in jest.

Ann - I'm sorry to hear that. I like what you write and I can appreciate what it takes for you to write parody. I'm in your corner. It may not be you. It could be that you submitted on a low volume posting day. There were not a lot of new parodies yesterday and people tend to not look and comment unless they have a vested interest in the days activities like having a parody posted. I'm guilty of that a lot of times. So don't despair - ya done good. Also a lot of people look as the counter shows and only a small percentage usually comment. You had 35 views which indicates a low traffic day.
Ann Hammond - August 26, 2009 - Report this comment
Even even heavy traffic I get little or no comments. Haven't heard much about my Soundclick or video recordings. Writer and video slumps. It's just as well, I have a live to try starting . I really do love making people happy when I know they appreciate it.
