The Lyrics

Based on when I was at a motel earlier last year. Another motel from the parody yesterday.
Get me a tailor, feel like a fool
If my jeans fall down I won't look too cool
They don't fit on me, they did last week
Got upset stomach, now new jeans I seek
Sometimes my jeans feel like they're way too tight
Other times it seems they won't fit all right
Maybe it's only this week

Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans
Too tight or too loose, there ain't no in-betweens
And if they stay or they fall
I am appalled by it all
Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans

Sometimes they fit well, sometimes they don't
Sometimes they feel too tight sometimes they won't
I don't know how they will act today
I wish this problem would just go away
Tell me how much do you think I can take
I'll buy some new jeans 'cause this takes the cake
Sometimes they feel just ok

Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans
Too tight or too loose, there ain't no in-betweens
And if they stay or they fall
I am appalled by it all
Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans

Oh they fit so well, inside the store
Til I put them in my drawer
Don't know what happened or why they don't fit anymore
My weight stays quite constant, day after day
But still sometimes they don't fit
Undo button, so they're not tight
Why did I buy these new jeans?

And if they stay or they fall
I am appalled by it all
Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans

Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans
Too tight or too loose, there ain't no in-betweens
And if they stay or they fall
I am appalled by it all
Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans

Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans
Too tight or too loose, there ain't no in-betweens
You can be sure they'll be gone
I won't be wearing them long
Darling I don't know why I bought these new jeans

I don't know why...I don't know why...
I don't know why...I don't know why...
Out of the drawer...into the trash...
Get some new ones...to stores I'll dash

Nothing fits like Wranglers-- based on a brief informal poll of several female friends, with entirely made-up results, but we're just sayin'... ;)

This got me thinking of the time that I bought those jeans from Love Culture at the mall, I tried those on and ended up popping one of the buttons and it flew to my bedroom wall, nearly breaking my mirror! Great take on the OS. Here's a size 555 jeans for this one that fits all!

Prefer varying the chorus rather than repeating the same thing four or five times -- even if OS does. You're a clever writer; think of it as a chance to show your creativity and give us 4-5x as many laughs.

DKTOS, and in light of the above, abstaining. No negative vote, because it's a clever concept that could be very funny. Maybe you'll rework it?

Thanks LaJeanQueen, Mike, Fiddlegirl, Christie, and TT. TT: I did change the chorus at the end where the original did, and also the ending thing was originally repetitious in the song but I changed it in this. My browser crashed while writing this, this is the only time I'm writing this.
