Parody Song Title:

"(Everytime I Lose) I Lose It On You"

Parody Written by:

Sir Bertram the Sword-Dropper

The Lyrics

I'm Sir Bertram the Sword-Dropper. I live in Amsterdam (the one below sea level) and I turn otherwise fine (or not so fine) songs into something distorted of my own, just for fun. From now on, I'm going to try to do it for YOUR fun too. So sit back and enjoy if you can. This parody parodies myself: it's about my inability to handle even the slightest of losses and about my prone-ness to agression. I'm also president of Sore Losers Anonymous, but all we ever do is drink. Go figure.
verse one:
when I roll the dice
I will see
luck's been mean to me
move my piece
t'wards the goal
and then you knock me off, I smile no more

chorus:
don't tell me, "It's not worth crying for!"
you can't tell me "It's not worth BITING for!"
you will be bruised
everytime I lose
I lose it on YOU

verse two:
move into my fields
I will grind
my teeth and screw around
take my rook and bish'
take my knight
I will pick them up, hurl them at your eyes

alternate chorus:
don't tell me "It's just luck, I got more"
if I can help it, your knuckles bend no more
you will be bruised
everytime I lose
I lose it on YOU

oh yeah

bridge:
there's no points
like your points
with your Scrabble
words of babble
there's no way!
what's "zymotic?!"
I'll make you
EAT the word, yeah!

(instrumental of torture)

lemme see your cards, baby
nooooo!!!
(punching sounds)

final alternate chorus:
oh, you can't tell me, it's not worth crying for
I'll start yelping when you beat my hi-scores
yeah-I'd tic-tac-toe with you
I'd bowl with you
pull a rope with you
Mortal-Kombat you!

you will be bruised
everytime I lose
whoa...
I lose it on YOU....

"Inability to handle even the slightest of losses and /...../ proneness to agression". OK, I'm gonna offer you an anger management therapy opportunity by telling you that I think this was 434. Are you Ok with that? (Bryan A's solos are always an instrument of torture though, a high 5 for that). :-)

I liked this and could relate, I'm a horribly bad and whiny loser my own self. 5's.

I totally thank you, Peter Andersson. And I thank you too, Jarvis Procter. Well, it's only my third official visit to the site and I'm already covered with praise! But, I announce that I'll be absent for a little while because I'm going on a little trip and won't have access to the internet. After that I'll continue my semi-weekly visits, because I can't keep away from this site! Oh, and you should all look up 'Bohemian Rhapsody's' misheard lyrics... if you want to pass out with laughter.

Regret to inform you that Sir Bertram the Sword-Dropper cannot return to AmIRight; he has passed away. But at least I can tell you that he genuinely enjoyed this site. Keep your heads up.
