I should've given you a triple-one for both supporting Bush and using a "South Park" song, but you want a way to blame the Michael Vick case on Bush? Here goes: Virginia's a Red State, where low-class good ol' boys, of any race, figure, hey, Bush is one of us, and he gets away with everything, maybe we can, too! Not anymore!
My God, I thought there was an outside chance that a dem would come up with a Vick is Bush's fault story but I'm still shocked at the level of sheer hatred that you have for Bush. Get some counseling man, everything isn't Bush's fault.
