The Lyrics

After the massive snowstorms of December 25 and 26, I doubt if the song White Christmas will be as popular in the South and on the East Coast as in years past. ;D

The big rainstorm that soaked L.A.
Came east - just wouldn't go away,
Ripped the South and the proud East Coast.
The big cities now are toast!
It missed the Midwest
Where the folks were well-prepared.
It dumped on the rest
And both Rebs and Yanks are scared!

East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) In Columb'a S.C.
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) First time in a century!
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) Lots of flakes coming down.
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) White Christmas in Atlanta town!
Snow, Daddies!

Airports cancelling lots of flights.
Amtrak - no trains the last two nights.
Knee deep Philly snow is to blame -
They've postponed the big Eagles game.
New York's big snow fall -
No clean-up! It's the mayor's fault.
Bloomberg made a law
That the people can't use salt!

East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) Here comes another foot more!
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) They're snowed-in on the Jersey Shore.

You're in an East Coast Blizzard!
I've got snow in my gizzard!
Why is this, Mr. Wizard?

The white stuff
Proliferates.
This shouldn't happen
In Blue States!
The streets are
As slick as glass.
All of the crim'nals
Froze their *ss!

Feel the cold winds blow.
It's been bad since Christmas Day.
Doesn't nature know
That New Jersey ain't Green Bay?

East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) I'm shoveling my driveway.
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) Screw your lousy White Christmas Day!
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) So much snow piled on my home.
East Coast Blizzard! (Blizzard!) It'll cave like the MetroDome!

You're in an East Coast Blizzard!
You're gonna freeze your lizard!
It cuts like I've been scissored!

(Spoken) I think I'm about ready to dig out now!

We WANTED it in greater Cincinnati! ;D

I see your old friend, Mr. Ones hit you first. Funny thing, he votes 1 for pacing and rhyming, and then 5 for overall...interesting take on the nasty weather...yeah, here in Ohio, we dodged this bullet, but have had our share of gunfire this winter...50 inches of snow in Dec. and climbing... "Snow on home..might cave like Metrodome" favorite line.

Thanks my friend. As for the five, he was visited by three ghosts on Christmas Eve! ;D

That's 541 because of the minor profanity problem.
