The Lyrics

This 1982 spacey game gets you jumping...
What does a buggy and moon have in common?
A common name to start from
And I play the buggy part
Aliens just come from above it
I just shoot to get of rid of it
From checkpoint to checkpoint there

(chorus)
And I said "What's the game...The game called 'Moon Patrol'"
She said "I think I remember the theme song"
As I recalled, I said, "The theme song just liked me"
And she said, "Well that's the one thing we got."

Fast and slow-It's how I control the buggy
I fire and jump with the buggy
It changes from pink to red
Oh what now? The screen just read "Game Over"
Need a token to start over
To do this damage done

(repeat chorus)

(repeat 1st verse)

(repeat chorus)

Has anyone ever played the theme song to "Moon Patrol" on a musical instrument?

Wow, yet another disgrace to a great classic song. You're not even original. You have barely changed the chorus. I find absolutely no humor in this, and feel even more idiotic for having wasted my time reading and posting a comment.
