The Lyrics

I cannot take this any more!
Saying everything I said before!
All my words make little sense,
I don't have much tolerance!
This could take the whole darn day,
You'll find that out anyway,
Just like before!

Every essay you give to me,
Takes me one word closer to the edge,
God, I need a break!
I need a little time to think!
(One word closer to the edge,
I'm about to break).

Sometimes the prompts aren't very clear.
My money problems will not disappear.
All my thoughts make little sense,
I don't have much tolerance!
Telling mom to go away,
Over and over again!
Just like before!

Every essay you give to me,
Takes me one word closer to the edge,
God, I need a break!
I need a little time to think!
(One word closer to the edge,
I'm about to break).

Every essay you give to me,
Takes me one word closer to the edge,
God, I need a break!
I need a little time to think!
(One word closer to the edge,
I'm about to break).

Shut up, don't want to talk to you!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up, don't want to talk to you!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
Shut up!
God, I need a break!

Every essay you give to me,
Takes me one word closer to the edge,
God, I need a break!
I need a little time to think!
(One word closer to the edge,
I'm about to break).

Every essay you give to me,
Takes me one word closer to the edge,
God, I need a break!
I need a little time to think!
(One word closer to the edge,
I'm about to break).

Too close to the original. And you misspelled LINKIN Park.

the only problem I had with this was that you need to learn to spell the bands name right......it's not lincoln like a car......it's Linkin Park

Tina: obviously I already knew that. Did you think that would help me write better parodies in the future, or give me insight into what people thought about my parody? And yes, I know, I'm a knowitall myself, I might have done the same thing. But look at the date: 2002. At that point, I'd heard this song on the radio, didn't know who it was by, downloaded it off some p2p from someone who had mispelled the name of the band, and so the mispelling perpetuated itself. I'd fix it if I could :P.

Even though you spelt Lincoln correctly, that's not the name of the band. Also, it was from the two thousands, not the ninties. So I give you 1-1-1. Just kidding; this is a well written spoof; I hope your essays are well written too! So I give you 5-5-5. Just to clarify, my vote is 5/5/5, not 1/1/1.

he also misspelled "misspelled"; he left out one of the s's, so what he said was "...someone who had pelled the name of the band incorrectly."
