The guy who played Wilson on Home Improvement died from lung cancer today at age 61. I was wondering why Tim was referring to Earl Hindman as if he were dead on that Home Improvement reunion that was on Comedy Central a few nights ago...? RIP Wilson. :(

I am Earl Hindman's sister. I don't like this parody at all but maybe I'm taking it wrong. Earl was filming a movie in June of 2003, playing a fisherman, in the waters of Chesapeak Bay, started feeling bad, felt ill all summer but was diagnosed with "walking pneaumonia (sp). After many tests, diagnosed lung cancer on Nov. 7, had one chemo treatment, but by then it was too late. Earl was shocked at how serious his illness was. He had never been ill before.
