The Lyrics

Info:LOTR RULES!!! It's too bad that the series is over now... Nothing more to look forward too...Oh well, I'll just wait until The Return of the King comes out on DVD as 4 discs, Than I'll have all three special edition movies. Oh yeah, one more thing, there are a few names in here which I'm not 100% sure on the spelling, so try to interpret my poor spelling as best you can. And ANOTHER thing I must point out, in the chorus, the part in the original that is "a mulatto, an albino, a mosquito, my libido", I wrote "now without it, Bilbo's older." with "it" meaning the ring. I'm sure you could've figured that out, but I just thought I'd put that to be 100% clear.
Walked to Mordor, I brought my friend
Sam's so loyal, he did defend
This ring is hell, it's such a pest
Oh well, I guess, you know the rest.

Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo
Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo

With the ring gone, it's less dangerous
I'm back home now, but not painless
I feel wasted, it's outrageous
I'm back home now, but not painless

A Urk-hai, And a soldier
Now without it, Bilbo's older
Yeah!

I sailed away, into the west
Because I hurt, now I feel blessed
Our little group, was then at end
Guess that Gollum wasn't my friend

Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo
Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo, Bilbo

With the ring gone, life's less dangerous
I'm back home now, but not painless
I feel wasted, it's outrageous
I'm back home now, but not painless

A Urk-hai, And a soldier
Now without it, Bilbo's older

(Gollum hissing this until end)
It's my precious!, it's my precious!
It's my precious!, it's my precious!
It's my precious!, it's my precious!
It's my precious!, it's my precious!

Chris...nice work! I'm surprised to hear that you're such a huge fan of LOTR and yet I've never seen you on any of my parodies...oh well...maybe you don't know the originals. Again...nicely done!

Good job, some of the pacing is a stretch though. Especially the line that ends in 'dangerous'. Did you mean for it do sound out like dang'rous, meaning in two syllables instead of three?

An angst-filled hobbit sings an angst-filled band! By the way, my brother-in-law had just seen Return Of The King when my family went over on Boxing Day. His daughter's husband was playing the Eagles Live CD, and he referred to them as 'The Smeagols'. Perhaps 'Hotel California' could be parodied when Peter Jackson gets round to directing the movie of The Hobbit?

Hey, thanks for the comments Arwen! And yeah, I have seen your parodies before, and thought they were really good. I just never actually remembered to leave a comment. And to 2nz, I did mean for dangerous to be pronounced as two syllables. Thanks to pickle for commenting as well. See ya.

I guess if your name is Chris and you're on Amiright, you HAVE to do a Nirvana parody.... This one is excellent, dude! I gave it all 5's! What would Middle Eart be like without you?

Yeah... you said there's nothing left to look forward to? How about The Hobbit?

Hey Pickle--"We're meeting up at the Hotel Prancing Pony...place breaks out in fights, they serve ale in pints!" (there's a freebie for y-'all...take it from there!)
