The Lyrics

some people have all the luck, I am not one of them.
Intro: (Screw all his luck) Get a job, lucky mother
Yeah, this parody is dedicated to all unlucky peeps
That will never amount to nothin’
To all the people that lived their life
With people who seem to always have all the luck
And you never got a single thing to work out for you
You feel like you’ll always be down
And all the lucky never struggle, you know what I’m sayin’?
Uh-ha, it all sucks baby bay-bay, uh

Verse 1: You are so lucky
Three times you have won the lottery
Money stacks and Cadillac’s
Your type of limousine
People catch you when you fall
And you win the new car raffles
That they host up at the mall
You buy the scratch-offs, thinkin’ you’ll flop
Scratch off the last number and gotta call the pit-boss
Recall the time you shot the orange basketball
And you made the goal
Remember chemistry
It’s hard, it’s hard
But you received an “A” on your next report card
Now you drive a Rolls Royce
Cuz you’re top choice
How you get paid
Could fix all of Hait-ay
Born winner, even when a beginner
But now you eat at 5 star restaurants for dinner
Fame and all crap
Just fall into your lap
Know Britney Spears
That’s a bitch slap!
You’re blowin’ like I wish I could
Call it quits, don’t know if I should
It’s not good
Uh, and if you don’t know, you’re lucky brotha, uh

Chorus: You know very well, what you are
When you go to Vegas, you win at cards
You have ten cars, not one is clunky
And you’re the only one that could be that damn lucky

Verse 2: You made the change from a common kid
To up close and personal with Jason Kidd
Don’t know what you did
You hang out with celebs all day
I guess that’s the lucky way
The parties and fine ladies keep you busy
‘Nough to make me dizzy
And now you have a great big “hizzy”
I never thought it could happen, this lucky stuff
I thought you’d be workin’ hard and stuff
Now the paps watch you close like your name Glenn Close
Name ringin’ bells all the way to the east coast
Condos in Queens, biggest I’ve seen
Courtside seats to watch Miami Heat
Livin’ life of my dreams
Thinkin’ this cannot be as good as it seems
Lunches, brunches, up in Beverly Hills
Considered a thrill cuz that is where the stars chill
Stereotypes of a rich male are understood
And they are all good
Uh, and if you don’t know, you’re lucky brotha, uh

Chorus: You’ve done very well, you’re a star
You’ve got a private plane, that takes you far
Got twenty girls, they are all spunky
And you’re the only one that could be that damn lucky

Verse 3: X-Box 360, Sony PS3
You’re the lucky one
That has stocks in all of these
50 inch screen, money green leather sofa
Got ten rides, a limousine with a chauffer
Brand new Droid with 8G net
Had no idea, that even existed yet
You have a beach that’s private
Out sunbathing every day, nothing is more legit
Thinkin’ back the childhood shack
Now your mom smiles on back to see where you’re at
And she loves to show you off, all time
Smiles every time you’re face is up on Time
I used to fuss when your name was discussed
No love, wonder why this must disgust
Premiers were my worst fears
Now all of your cheers just bring me tears
Uh, damn right I want the life you live
Cause you went from negative to positive
And it’s all (It’s all good)
Uh, and if you don’t know, now you now brotha, uh

Chorus: I have to admit, was jealous
I had come to resent, all your success
But we’re brothers, and I do love you
But bro I am shit poor, could I have a mil or two?

Chorus: I have to admit, was jealous
I had come to resent, all your success
But we’re brothers, and I do love you
But bro I am shit poor, could I have a mil or two?

I'm sorry Blayde buddy, but I had a real hard time following this, which took from its a humor. I think the main thing here is you took on a difficult song with an uneasy meter, in doing so, you have to be very careful with the rhyme scheme. I caught myself having to look back at the rhyming because you changed it up so much, that it was hard to follow, which may have contributed to the pacing errors. . .congrats on taking on such a tough song, just look at your parody of Nelly's E.I. and compare it to this, and you'll see how much easier it is to follow. At any rate. . .it was an interesting idea!

(HHS) This was kinda tricky to follow, but was definitely an interesting idea: a rap song about someone else's wealth. I liked the way you replaced the console names in the third verse with newer ones, that was clever. 455
