Anyone who lives in Florida should not have the right to complain about the weather. There oughta be a law against it. ;-P

I don't think he's complaining about the cold i think this is from the point of view of someone like me who has been really cold the last few days and wishes they were in florida. But i do agree no one should complain about florida weather.

Yeah, you need to forecast the rain in Florida in 5-minute intervals. Much worse than our 10 degree temps up in the northeast.
