The Lyrics
Like Weird Al Yankovic, I am parodying PUSA's greatest hit. This time, understanding the present parody requires some knowledge about Celtic music and especially Celtic Woman, of which the title vocalist, Meav Ni Mhaolchatha, was once part but has since left. By the way, her name is pronounced like this: 1. Meav rhymes with save. 2. The first two syllables sound like "knee wheel." 3. -tha is pronounced ha. Sorry that AmIRight doesn't allow parodists to include accents or else they would have appeared on Meav's name. Anyway, if you like Celtic music and Celtic Woman, you will be amused.

Edward, you did a good job on this parody, very much worthy of 5s, and as a fan of Celtic music in general, I understood the theme of this parody quite well. I believe that Meav quit Anuna and Celtic Woman because no one outside of Ireland could pronounce her name and possibly because she was also a lawyer. After all, no one likes lawyers, right?
Sorry to say this, but two of my uncles and two of my cousins are lawyers.
Edward, I obviously did not realize that your uncles and cousins were lawyers, and I said that no one likes lawyers because of the popular opinion (at least in the United States) that lawyers are untrustworthy. If I offended you, I apologize sincerely.
How horrible and completely untrue is everything you have said about Meav. I smell jealousy and disappointed spite in your parody and in your post remarks.
