Just outa curiosity, what is this "Carter" that you're referring to?
My first guess would be Jimmy.
I'm referring to Carter City, a small place in Kentucky where there is absolutely nothing to do except watching all the drunks act like idiots.
Sounds like New Brunswick, New Jersey to me. Only with less traffic and more basketball.
Is it any wonder a number of Kentucky counties are still dry?
