Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

An attempt to tackle Snow's Informer has culminated in a surreal tale of two teen-boys who enter a new sauna & steam bath with the father of one of them (to translate some of the "daddy's" in the original). It kinda evolved over the week, and I hope it is to your liking. Please comment on any grammatical or other errors you encounter.
What's up, man?
Hey, yo, what's up?
Yeah, what's going on here?
Dad got us five hours running up the sauna, you know what I'm saying?
Yo, they started up business just the other day!
Word?
Word!
Bust it!

chorus:
In the sauna, you know my daddy he took us there one day, halleki boom-boom down
I never guessed that something that's supposed to be hot coulda been so lame, halleki boom-boom down
(x2)

the heat that comes nearly blew down the door
I'm like: "Don't we need some sort of window?"
so we got view to the backs that got transpiration
from that point on I reached regurgitation
when regurgitation ceased it was the nude dimension
when they whipped down my towel and slapped up me bottom, cause

chorus

bigger they are you'd think they'd have more package
but all their bulk must have caused shrinkage
even their pectoral muscles were on the hover
hovered above seemed like a blimp to me
oil dripped over all their lard down to their belly
yes, me daddy, I think cholesterol got deadly
guy took one more Mc Asian and then dead he go
so we left after stealing his tournedos

chorus

listen for me, you better listen for me now
listen for me, you better listen for me now
when we walked to the steam bath, make it look smoothly
but then we slipped on some suspicious puddle
stumbled in and out of the bath, they snapped: "Beware, you young bum"
people then said: "You up for Marco?"
but we wanted to chill in steam bath didn't want crap-Polo
the backs of people, man, that's all I saw now
yeah the bath was full a tub, but not a trace of H2O
loaded with men but where'd the water go?

chorus

come with an ice cream lolly, wind in our hair
refreshing drinks galory
everywhere we go it's not too hot at all
yes it's even snow that come fall down man
soon though in my arm I felt I felt pinchin-a
we never knew, my daddy said we was dreaming, shakata
we still had an hour left til the clothe change box
yes, the scorching steam made us hallucinate-a, so

chorus

I'm boiling, I'm boiling, boiling, boiling...

I'm sittin' round cool 'til these bodybuilder jerks
pass through the door
I look up and SPLAT!
they rough me up but they're not noticing
I punch their behind with my decoder ring
spare me the sensation
of sweat on my hands
rolling down from someone's armpits down my shoulders
what I'm gonna do?
these guys got me trapped
slapped in the face by protruding large abs
no shirt, no shoes, cause it's getting warmer
I shan't return to the sauna

chorus

Giving you fives for tackling this OS, which wasn't popular for very long and is a PITA to parody. I had just a few days ago thought about this song, called "Inform Us", but only had the name and the first line of the chorus worked out, roughly:
BR> Inform us, we don't really know what the hell you are sayin', you're speaking way to fast.

Not going to dock you on pacing, as I don't have this song and no radio station around me would play this.

Just the effort is enough to make you sweat five pounds away, and that's without a sauna. Doo-doo-doo-doo, here comes the sauna, and I say it's all right...

Wow, 5's?!! That was wholly unexpected! Red Ant, you gotta be kidding me! I myself was originally making the parody "Inform Us" about the same thing, I'm not lying! Then I concluded that perhaps English speakers had less trouble understanding Snow's Jamaican English, and dropped the idea. Thanks, Red Ant, thanks Michael, it's awesome giants like you even bothered to comment!

Nope on the comprehension of Americans/English-speakers on this song. I downloaded the lyrics like 2 days before this was posted to try to parody it. I concluded it was too much a pain. Snow was a Canadian with a faux Jamican accent trying to rap/reggae in America. This equated to a one hit wonder, which again no radio station would play here anymore. PS- This line alone was worth the 5s:

"but then we slipped on some suspicious puddle"

A pain? It was a hoot! Red Ant, you should read "In Farmer" by Matt Coplin, which is a giant misheard lyric on "Informer," it superbly expresses what you wanted to say with "Inform Us."
