Yoga!
Everyday well it's the same
I go to yoga class man it's so lame
I sit down on the hard floor with a sore back
And as I get back up I hear creaks and cracks
Watching everybody else with their closed eyes
I'm laughing off my ass at their stupid guise
I don't know if I'm understood
But getting home from yoga class always feels so good

My youth and looks are gone and so is my back (my back)

I'm losing my appearance in a snap
I'm down to yoga class for two hours sitting on my ass (my ass)
Yoga class
Then I get the bill I fall on my ass

Yoga!
I'm saying words that don't make sense
Sounds like gibberish to me but I gotta say it again
I'm looking at the Indian guy up the front
He's sitting with crossed legs sayin 'om om om'
I take a breath and it relax my nerves
Oh, hell the class goes for another four hours
this stupid class is destroying me
but I guess it could be worse it could be gymnastics
