For all of us who don't work first shift. This is in reference to the second theme song to "The Drew Carey Show". "22" is in reference to Rt. 22 throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Up every evening working at my job
I gotta make my way through the 22 mob
The sights of Wal-Mart going through my head
While I wish that they'd just drop dead
But it's a ten o'clock world and the time clock glows
No one owns a piece of my mind
The ten o'clock me inside me knows
Thinking of another rhyme, yeah
Not a nice feeling that at one next day
I gotta do the same thing all over again
Everybody inside the Wal-Mart fray
Screams at me and just right then...
Then ten o'clock world when the time clock glows
No one gets to my mind
Everybody tries but they all know
They can kiss my behind, yeah
I wish an off day would come right now
While I put out meat for the stupid hounds
The store should catch on fire now
Everybody get out and on the ground!

I wish even I knew... Thanks for the comments. Also, this song has been redone by Bowling for Soup (Cleveland raised, naturally, just like Drew Carey). Just in case you wondered why I did the Vogues version.
