The Lyrics

Some parents can be pretty rough on their kids...it's like they don't give them much of a chance. Original Song
My son’s name is Brad, a big pain in my ass
I tell ya, he’s practic’lly worthless
He doesn’t pay his bills, he’s delirious
And he doesn’t have a single school degree

Unlike his mom, I’m pretty hot
She says he’s so perfect
But since his birth, his whole damn life
All he just does is rest

He does not drive, if he must leave
He has to ride with me
And my dear son, without a doubt,
Is driving me crazy!

My son’s name is Brad, a big pain in my ass
I tell ya, he’s practic’lly worthless
With every drink he spills, always makes a mess
He just lounges ‘round and watches the TV

My son’s a slob
He’s such a big slob, man everything ‘round him is a mess!
Bottles cover the living room
And he doesn’t pick them up, he just naps!

My son’s in charge!
He thinks he’s in charge, makes so much noise throughout the night
He’ll wake us up just to see where we are

He won’t communicate!
He does not talk, only babbles through the day
That won’t get a job at all!
No speaking skills, but still hot chicks
will flock to him all day!

Only cartoons on his TV
Won’t watch Fox News with me
My son’s so dumb, he don’t know much about this damn country!

People come around, say my son is just the cutest little thing
They don’t see things that my son does just to get some attention
We are feeding him, bathe him, burping him, and changing him...

My son’s name is Brad, he’s one year and a half
And everyone thinks he’s precious
I guess I’ll pay his bills, but I’m telling him...
He will start to pay some rent when he turns three!
Get it!? The dad was being irrational...because his son is only one and a half!

I liked the twist ending on this one and I really didn't see it coming! I thought it was really about a lazy bum teenager somebody from like a Zits comic or something but the fact that the dad is being crazy about his lazy good for nothing 1 and a 1/2 year old is pretty hilarious!

Not to copy hat Matt said, but I totally thought he was just a slacker/stoner college drop out too. Stop hatin' on your kid! :)

I like what you did there...I figured out the twist by verse 3, I think because I know an old tune by The Ames Brothers "The Naughty Lady of Shady Lane", which has the same premise (it's on Youtube if you are interested). For fooling the commenters above well, you deserve 555.

The fact that he watches Fox News hints that the dad is in the wrong. Then comes the twist when it comes to Brad :)

(Artistry) I thought the twist was gonna be that the father's an even bigger ass (if only for the Fox News comment) but whoops, kid's not even two! Silly me! Great parody here, I can see why it's getting all the fives in the voting thread. 555!

(Artistry) I also figured it out a little earlier (about stanza 5), which I think made me enjoy it more because then I was watching you play this game of not explicitly saying it and I was in on the joke. This is a very slick and creative spoof sir and funny to boot.
