The Lyrics

The OS is one of my favorite early 90s tunes, but I can't find a complete version of the song on YouTube! I offer you four video choices below. Enjoy! Story: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heart_of_the_Ocean
We sailed out of England.
I’m encased in a box:
Chain of engagement,
Blue diamond rock.
She doesn’t love him.
She wants to break loose
To pose with me naked,
A poor artist’s muse.

Heart of the Ocean:
Fabulous stone!
Flesh becomes charcoal.
Mood becomes tone.

She and the artist
Dance jigs with the poor.
A tryst in the cargo
Behind a car’s shiny doors.
He’s framed for my robbing.
She frees him; they run!
A rip of an iceberg:
The big ship’s undone.

Heart of the Ocean!
Sink like a stone!
Flesh invades water.
Steel crushes bone.
Float on the ocean’s
North frigid zone.
He’ll freeze in water.
She’s left alone.

(instrumental break)

I’m stuck in her pocket
While she shivers on deck.
Her lover has vanished
Among the shipwreck.
I’m hidden for decades,
Returned to the sea.
Her hand, pale and withered…
Is she loosening me?

Heart of the Ocean:
I’ve been disowned!
Grave in the water,
Tossed by a crone!
Heart of the Ocean,
Waterlogged stone,
Lies with her lover
Who’s skull and bone.

Heart of the Ocean!
Hunt for a stone
Hidden in water…
No one will own…

Very well painted Melanie, though definitely not a parody I would say "funny, or hilarious" on, it was kind of soothing to see a parody that breaks away from the mold. Also love the OS target you choose, much different from what I'm used to from you, thoroughly enjoyed it.
