Parody Song Title:

"Where's the Cop?"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Something I think we've all felt frustration with.
Rev, rev, rev, rev, squeal, squeal, squeal, squeal
Honk, honk, honk, honk, peel, peel, peel, peel, Where's the cop?!

Well, you can race 'em you can steal em
Take the parts and you can deal 'em, where's the cop?
Hoods with records are a-winnin'
Dragin', racin', playin' chicken, where's the cop?
It's a budget savin', and the crooks are ravin' where's the cop?

Ah, try and find a cop
When they crash the stop (oh baby)
Where the heck's a cop (oh baby)
Holding up a shop
Ahh-ahh -Where is that damn cop?

Well, the crime is getting violent
When that 911 you dial it for a cop
And you get some home invading
While you're on the phone just waiting for a cop
You can wait all night for a black and white drivin' cop
Too slow!

Ah, let's go find a cop?
Someone's robbin Pop (oh baby)
Where the heck's a cop (oh baby)
At the donut shop
Ahh-ahh -Where is that damn cop?

Rev, rev, rev, rev, squeal, squeal, squeal, squeal
Honk, honk, honk, honk, peel, peel, peel, peel, Where's the cop?!

Brilliant stuff, Rick.

Really "gear", Rick! Hey, check out my "The Drain, The Plug & Bathtub Rings" - I wrote that one and today's "Wimpy" mostly for you and Mari to enjoy. Y'know, the number of '50s parodies is growing. It'd sure be nice to have it's own category, and maybe another for all the holiday parodies.

Book 'em Danno.

Rick - did you submit our collaborative effort as a new song-link for ChuckyG's "new song performance" listing on Amiright's front page?
