"Massachusetts Folks Will Vote Today"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Procrastinator that I am, I almost didn't get this done on time. As in 1775 (yes, I'm as smart as any leftist when it comes to history), look for the Bay State to fire the first rounds against tyranny. Even if ACORN and S.E.I.U. manage to steal the election, once again it is the unlikely New Englanders who will stand up. ;D

Massachusetts folks will vote today
And it might not go Obama's way
For Scott Brown is leading in the polls
And this might derail Obama's goals.

It's because Martha Coakley's run a campaign
That's been a bust
And Obama's forced agenda
Average folks don't trust
Martha says that this is Teddy's seat
Could her lack of touch bring a defeat?

(Instrumental break to bridge)

Old Massachusetts is the most consistent
Liberal blue state.
What a shame that it's no longer
Two thousand eight!

Even if Brown wins the Senate vote
Watch out for O's ACORN
And that S.E.I.U.
They will steal the vote and get our goat!

They rigged it for Al Franken, so why not now? I'll be watching...will you? ;D

The ACORNS don't fall far from the "tree'!! Great job!

After today, Martha Coakley will be gone (as will Ted Kennedy's ghost), and we won't talk about them anymore. So this OS was on target, though I never would have thought of it. Until 2003, I was a MA resident 42 years and felt that my R vote seldom counted. But for your parody, it does. 555

Let me get this straight, if the Republicans lose it's because the election is fixed, but if they win it wasn't? In a state that Obama won by more than 28% of the vote, it sounds like it would be the other way around. Guess that's the typical victim mentality of the right-wing for you though.
