And he was approaching a pipe to do so
The piranhas didn’t want to
See poor Mario retching
Their jaws clattered for the Koopas
Who came sliding down the land within their shells

Mario finds consolation
And self-defense beside him
It is white with scarlet petals
That when eaten will make him spit fireballs
Despite a mild concussion
He bangs his head on the bricks
That hovered like new above him
And he sees that they have turned into a vine

He could just go for the side, but
Fireworks would not blow freely through the sky
I hope he has warned Luigi

He would probably watch TV
And pig out on pizza with Yoshi and Toad
