The Lyrics

This is one of my oldest and most favorite karaoke routines. Back in 1994, I ran into the supposedly deceased Elvis at Mc Donald's at 4 AM. He was distressed that his daughter had just married Michael Jackson and there was no way that he could make his feelings known. Knowing my talent for writing parodies, The King begged me to write a song about it. Remember, I sing this song as Elvis in my best vocal impersonation. ;D

So you're married tonight, married my girl tonight.
So you're wed to my Lisa Marie.
Well I guess, my oh my, even though you sing high
That you really are not a fair-ey
So you'll live in Never Neverland and you'll play with your toys,
But Mike, now that you're married, stay away from those boys!
Well, I guess this is love, but please lose that damn glove
Now that I am your father-in-law.

(Spoken Interlude)
Michael, I don't know much about you, but I've heard your songs.
I hear that you are "Bad", that you're a "Thriller", and all about this "Billie Jean".
But I guess falling in love really is as easy as "A.B.C.",
And as your father-in-law, be assured that "I'll Be There".
I don't feel that I've lost a daughter as much as I've gained a whole new family.
Please say hello to Janet, Tito, Germaine,
Groucho, Harpo, Chico, Curley, Larry, Moe, and the rest of the Jackson 37.
And now, as you walk down the aisle, I have but one request:

(Singing)
Well, I know I'll enjoy ya.
Fix me up with LaToya
Now that I am your father-in-law!

Thank you very much! ;D

So you met the King at McDonald's, eh? That's something! The King was right to request you write this parody! I read/sang your ditty through Karaoke too, but unfortunately, my Elvis impersonation is very lousy, but I went on singing anyways! LOL at the Curly, Larry, and Moe line in the interlude! I'll also sing this come Valentine's Day! 555's and (impersonating Elvis): thank you, thank you very much....for writing this hilarious satire!

I heard a song on elvis's 25th death anniversary that went something like, "My life's an open book for the whole world to see, my wife made a movie about it, it's called elvis and me. The people were so sad, I'm sorry I treated you bad. I really was a creep but now I'm 6ft deep. Can you find this song?
