The Lyrics

Someone stole the kim chee,
Someone stole the kim chee,
Someone stole the kim chee -
From the gourmet shop.

Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee -
Someone call the cop!

Cabbage, garlic and what not -
It was rotting in the pot.
Someone stole the kim chee -
He emptied out the pot.

Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee -
There's nothing in the pot.

You can take the won ton,
Take the sukiyaki,
And take the moo goo gai pan,
But give me back my kim chee!

Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee,
Who stole the kim chee -
Bring it back to me!

Hawkeye found the kim chee,
Hawkeye found the kim chee,
Hawkeye found the kim chee -
He smelled it all around.

He found the kim chee,
He found the kim chee,
He found the kim chee -
He put it in the ground.

I have no idea what kim chee is, but it was still kinda cute.

I know the song and I've been to Korea. Kim-chee for the benifit or Merry and others is pickled cabbage and has a very strong pungent odor. haven't heard this song in ages. I remember my mother playing polkas when I was a kid and this was one of her favorites. Well done. I have also done a Frank Yankovic polka parody of "In Heaven There Is No Beer". Well done. Like to see more polkas out here, most of them sound like parodies anyway. I think that is where weird Al got his ideas. He must have heard countless polkas given his heritage. I vote 5's on this.
