Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Together the Stones and the Beatles captured America with their unique and progressive sounds by coordinating their album releases. Their well timed launching of salvos, helped establish the beach head for the legions of other languishing artists in Britain to really sock it to our radio communications. The Beatles may have giving us the "one" but the Stones gaves us the "two". Together they T.K.O.'d the U.S.A.
Stones and Beatles, Stones and Beatles
Go together like a groove and needle
This I tell you brother
You can't laud one o'er the other

Stones and Beatles, Stones and Beatles
They're and institute that can't be tweedled
Ask the local D.J.
And he will say they're most our airplay

Try, try, try to desecrate them
Save your oblations
Try, try, try and you will be won
By the invasion

Stones and Beatles, Stones and Beatles
Go together like a womb and fetal
This I tell you mother's
You can't love son's without each other

I laud the Beatles well over the Stones. Never mind Paul's rather disappointing set list at the Super Bowl halftime show. Face it, if any other band had done "Get Back," it wouldn't have scratched the Top 20.

Came here via the 'Random' feature, Lionel. Again, disappointed to see it didn't garner more attention, a good parody with a limited amount of lines to convey your message. And your message is spot on!
