The Lyrics

ok folks...i am resubmitting this...lost 2nd and 3rd b4..gonna try again but only with the 2nd and 3rd verses...
2nd verse
The pirates all began to searcha doctor of divinity
the women somehow held onto their maidend domescticity
the police all began to flee at any opportunity
The major general indulged, in studies of falseology

Poor ruth the nurse was left off worse, than anybody else alive,
While Frederick discovered he was just a little boy of five(and a 1/4)
then mabeline the glories seen, the joys of becoming a wive,
The cast and crew turned it into the town's own saturday day night live..(repeats)

Then bowing came and clapping hands had turned into a big uproar,
and now we have decided to perform the show at least once more,
and so with lyrics and with music that are purely whimsical,
we are the very model of an operetta musical.

(slows down pace)
3rd verse
in fact when we know what is meant by relevay and revelrai
when we can show off all our steps, directly from our memorai
Priscilla tells us once again just where to put our bodies at
and when we know precisely what the audience is laughing at.

when you can see some of our set comes right off of our truck out back,
when you have seen some of the words that i am singing are off track,
then you shall see how it can be to work like our ancestorai.
i mean,
If GIlbert can create new wordsm then dash it all why cannot i(repeats)

For our knowledge in the theater as anybody else can see,
has been spread round around the town and through out our community,
and so because these lyrics are so singably whimsical, we are the very model of an operetta musical.
