Song Parodies -> "My Usual Thing"

Original Song Title:

"Ring, Telephone, Ring"

Original Performer:

Glenn Miller

Parody Song Title:

"My Usual Thing"

Parody Written by:

Joe Penner and the Penner-isms

The Lyrics

A retort against personal issues in my life, which I should (hopefully) finally be moving on from this week.
I’m lonesome to-night,
My Usual Thing,
My trials have no ending,
I get too offended,

I’m horny to-night,
Jerking off’s the thing,
Whole day being offended,
Carole’s legs make me wet,

Like Joe Penner; duck fool, I gave up,
A life I’d never get back,
I’d walk a train track,
Old life’s history,
Oh, where can it be?

Joe Penner was right,
My Usual Thing,
My clock keeps on ticking,
How much time is there left?

Move on from it; please … please …
My…Usual…Thing!
Listen to the OS here. This entire entry was copied from an 11-year-old boy’s essay. Say, that reminds me… … …You wanna buy a duck?

Since you seem to have missed it, almost all the other attention whores are currently gravitating to TikTok for the chance at a larger audience. Think of the advantages: you might actually find someone who likes your garbage posts and you can annoy the hell out of the Chinese with your geezer tunes, ghost girls and garrulous replies.

You naaasty man. Being moron, it obviously didn’t occur to you that I, a purveyor of all things of the distant past, would never stoop to the level of using TikTok to spread awareness about my existence. Seeing as TikTok didn’t exist in 1940, and that I only reference songs from that year or earlier, it would be massive hypocrisy on my part to do so. Besides, anything that goes on TikTok is far above my head anyway. Sharpen your crayon and try again.
