Song Parodies -> "Bananas Goat Song (T.O.)"

Original Song Title:

"Banana Boat Song (Day-O)"

Original Performer:

Harry Belafonte

Parody Song Title:

"Bananas Goat Song (T.O.)"

Parody Written by:

Michael Pacholek

The Lyrics

Bananas: Crazy, nuts, crackers. Goat: Person, fairly or otherwise, blamed for a defeat, short for "scapegoat." T.O.: Terrell Owens, whose antics have caused his departures from San Francisco and Philadelphia... at least in Dallas, he's defending his quarterback, instead of throwing him overboard (or "under the bus", as you kids are saying these days). His quarterback's girlfriend, not so much.
T.O.!
T... O.!

Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!

T.!
Me say T., me say T., me say T., me say T.O....

Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!

Sunday night and the Giants come!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
Drop the passes like the same old bum!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

Come, Mr. Cowboy Fan, T.O. is bananas!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
With his earrings, and also his bandannas!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

T.O.!
T... O.!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
T.!
Me say T., me say T., me say T., me say T.O....
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

It's six points, extra points, score in a bunch!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
It's six points, extra points, score in a bunch!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

San Francisco, and Jeff Garcia!
(Niners lost and he gotta go home!)
Dissed his quarterback, who said, "Hey, see ya!"
(Niners lost and he gotta go home!)

Philadelphia, 'twas McNabb!
(Eagles lost and he gotta go home!)
T.O. ruined with "gift of gab!"
(Eagles lost and he gotta go home!)

It's six pills, seven pills, took a bunch!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
He took those pills, swallowed them for lunch!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

Come, Mr. Cowboy Fan, T.O. is bananas!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)
Romo and Simpson, don't sing his hosannas!
(Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!)

T.O.!
T... O.!

Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!

T.!
Me say T., me say T., me say T., me say T.O....

Cowboys lost and he gotta go home!

Very good, MP, particularly the banana rhyming. I think that you selected the correct material to go with your theme, but this is another parody for which the OS is not long enough to spoof all there is to spoof about T.O.
