Wall Streeters have cheer
If funds they’re stealing
You'll lose your home
Could lose your farm
And when the smoke clears
Yes, you’ve been taken
When they’re caught,
They’ll shrug and sigh

Cos’ it’s the best crime
They won’t do no time
That’s why they’re happy
For greed’s okay
If billions get sheared
No jail will en-sue
When they take your last dime away.

And sometimes if folks
Are big in business
And if they bilk the U-S-A
Oh, gov might catch them
And folks might holler
But they won’t be sent away

For it’s the best crime
A truly best crime
Though fine may greet spree
No cell to-day
I know it sounds weird
When they can bilk you
Courts will take their jail time away

If you go steal, dear
Or maybe smoke weed
You know the judge will vent his spleen
Or if you’re dead beat
Or wed your mother
You’ll be locked up for your deed

You’ll see no sunshine
You might do hard time
You’ll trade your khakis
For orange display
For don’t you know, dear
Small crimes will woe you
Like they say, the big crimes all pay.
