Not that the world particularly needs another Jabberwocky knockoff, but computer jargon lends itself so well to this sort of thing that this parody practically wrote itself...
'Twas windows, and the PDC
Did spew and saturate the LAN;
IIS got DoS'd again
And its buffers overran.
"Beware the service pack, my son -
The OS kernel patch from hell!
Beware the GPF, and shun
The winsock DLL!"
He took his floppy disk in hand,
Long time he sought the service pack
Then waited he for FTP
To bring the zipfile back
And when he launched the setup app,
It set the crufty program free
To overwrite its program stack
And trash the registry!
Restart! Restart! He crossed his heart
And quickly ran the boot disk hack:
He fixed the hive from the floppy drive
And brought the server back.
"Hast thou deployed the service pack?
You've patched the stack frame overrun!
But I regret, you're not done yet:
They've found another one."
