The Lyrics

This is one of the Blue's Clues songs I thought I'd make. Requested by monkeycartoons. Original song is owned by Marty Robbins.
[Verse 1]
Well, I never thought I'd be searching for clues,
Cause I've done much more, like looking for Blue,
She's not here. Where'd my puppy go to?

[Verse 2]
And I never thought I'd be thinking all day,
Because of that game she's making me play,
That dog's blue, she's got me searching for clues.

[Chorus]
The handy dandy notebook's lost,
The salt and pepper have been tossed.
Tickety Tock has just found you, a paw print from Blue.

[Verse 3]
So I never thought I would sit on this chair,
And think all alone, nobody would care,
What I do, I'm stuck here searching for clues.

Yeah, I had to make the song too repetitious. Please forgive me, for I have searched for clues enough. (C) Darius Studios.

How would you know about Marty Robbins? I know about him cause my Dad was a big fan of one of his albums, which featured "El Paso" and he played it ALL the time. A couple of my very best parodies are from songs on that album. But that was fifty years ago!

CML, I knew about Marty Robbins when I was just 16. I played it on my Android in Google Play Music and a couple of his songs played. I also listened to Classic Country Kickback on 96.9 WSIG also featuring Marty on the radio back then. Yeah, I even made a few parodies (that was one year ago) from Marty Robbins' songs as a tribute to my boss, Darius Alan Matthews (I don't even know if I have a boss)
