"Mairzy Doats"

Parody Song Title:

"Crazy Dopes"

Parody Written by:

Linda Terhune

The Lyrics

...If it were not true, I would say so
crazy dopes
no grown up folks
and little run & hide-sies
oh the liberal party has no clue

no antidotes
just want your votes
these big fat donkey hinnies
and they love to raise them taxes too

they're all jokes
and drunken blokes
committing all these crimies
that the media leaves out for you

brains afloat
want legal dope
these libs aren't very smarty
a bunch of pro-terrorist nut-jobs too

elections draws near
just more whining you'll hear
and their rambling get much more jivy
to get your votes
they'll cut some throats
just watch them all get chivy

oh -
nasty pokes
and ego stokes
their mouth's made out of privy
all of them god haters too

what a hoax
these messed up folks
they're brains are really tiny
and prove they don't give a damn 'bout you

anti-american libs are loo

The pacing was FINE on this parody... I guess it's like they say on the amiright board, some, (although pretending to be upright and noble), many give ones out of pure, (intolerant) spite, (like Cat - I read that cat), thank you ... it's good you prove my points for me so much!
Michael Pacholek - September 11, 2006 - Report this comment
I gave it a three on pacing, since you did miss a little. Which is a huge improvement over both you and your boy Georgie. And as long as your party has guys like Tom DeLay, Dan Burton and Grover Norquist, you're in no position to call the other side "Crazy Dopes."
linda - September 11, 2006 - Report this comment
..of course, let's not forget Byrd; your third generation KKK Leader who just this year has used the Nigg**s word on several occasions when describing people You know, I could go on and on and on... dirty demoncrats never change. --- by the way, the pacing was off in one line, one single count in the entire song... but again, I am not into the judging here; given the powers that be admitted that they judge by spite, (and named me personally)... so, what's new?

Loon - it's been more than five years - WHERE IS OSAMA? And, please do not continue to spread false rumors about Hillary Clinton - I've asked you many times to prove it - you can't because Hillary Clinton DID NOT plead guilty to fraud. I think that you have her mixed up with Tom Delay. Speaking of racists, can you say "Mel Gibson" or "Ah-nold"? I'll see you in No-vem-ber. Oh, and ones because you continue to lie about the great Senator Clinton.

Well, let's clear a few things up: First of all, Dick Cheney took FIVE deferments, not four, because he had "other priorities" in the Vietnam years. Yeah, him and a few million other draft-age men wanted to do other things. (It WAS the Sixties.) I'm just glad that, this past Sunday, Tim Russert of "Press the Meat" finally decided to stop coddling the fat bastard and start calling him on his myriad lies. (Now, if only he can drop his crush on Condi Rice. Beauty is only skin deep, right-wing mania goes all the way to the bone.) Second of all, while I am no fan of Cynthia McKinney, she's hardly the worst offender among Georgia's contributions to Congress. There's Bob Barr, there's slimy Saxby Chambliss, and, oh yeah, a guy by the name of Newton Leroy Gingrich. Third of all, like Hugo Black before him, Robert Byrd renounced his KKK background. When will Trent Lott renounce his "Council of Conservative Citizens" legacy? I mean, did he really think the initials CCC were gonna fool anybody? Fourth of all, that's a new one on Ted. As far as I know, the only oil money the Kennedys are involved in is Joe (Bobby's son the ex-Congressman) who founded Citizens' Energy, which provides low-cost heating oil to poor New England families. And Ted himself has led the charge against, rather than been one of, the guys you describe, the "Billionaire Benedict Arnolds." "Let them go," he likes to say, "but not until they pay the taxes that they owe!" It always comes down to taxes with you people. Fifth of all, Howard Dean is a model of temperate thought compared to Senator Rick "Sanctimonious" Santorum, who doesn't even live in the State he's representing! (A big reason why he's going down on Election Day.) Finally, I have no idea who "Leaky Larry" is. I Googled it and came up with Larry Lucchino, the rocket scientist who runs the Boston Red Sox (rooting for them may be Ted's greatest indiscretion), and the U.S.S. Lawrence, a troubled destroyer that had to be decommissioned. You pick the name "Leaky Larry" up from Drug Rush's radio show? You pick up anything else from Limbaugh? Some illicit pharmaceuticals, perhaps? It would explain much.

Linda, I seriously doubt Cat gave you 1s on this parody; it's highly unlikely she knows this song (not to put her down, but I don't know it either, and I know a lot of songs).I could PM her and ask her to comment here, but is that really necessary? I'm not voting this, but I wanted to say you had some creative and good rhyming here, especially "folks/hoax".

I am honestly curious about three things though. One, why not write a parody, or parodies, about the pros of the Republican party, instead of bashing the Democrats? Seems to me that many (not just yours) political pieces bash the other side instead of explain why their party is better. Flat-out smear-campaigns don't work for me (even if they are smearing Bush); they need to be funny too. Two:

I recall a while ago, perhaps on "Smells Like Liberal Spirit", that you said you write right-wing parodies to bring balance, etc., to this site. While a noble effort, why only limit yourself to politics? I'm still waiting for something from you along the lines of "My Poor PC Died". I know you can be funny, and in all honesty I don't think anyone here would vote a non-political piece of yours based on your political views. And finally:

How'd you find this song? I'm guessing it is from a musical, but I've never heard the name nor the performers you credit. Congrats, too, on what I'm guessing is a first submission of this song.
Immoral Liberal - September 14, 2006 - Report this comment
Red Ant - you are assuming that she can writeMichael, what's a deferment or two among fear speaking fascists? Is there anyone in the selected administration who actually didn't dodge the draft? Loony Linda talking about demoncratic fundraising is laughable - those church going republicans are so damn honest, aren't they? And quoting the New York Sun? People in NYC haven't even heard of that paper - it's a right-wing fascist rag - obviously Terhune pulled her rant off of a right-wing nut job website's talking points - she has no idea the paper even exists. (Quick, to look it up) Linda two questions that you have never answered and never will - in two sentences or fewer, please address the following: 1) Where is Osama? 2) Prove that "Hillary . . . pled guilty this year for financial fraud." (Admit it, you can't because it never happened. Just more lies from the extreme right wing) I won't hold my breath for the answers because you have none. You need Osama out there to put fear in the minds of the American people - "oooohhhh, look out, Al Quada is after the corn fields." And I think that you meant to say that TOM DELAY PLED GUILTY to finanical fraud. By the way, is Rick Santorum still passing his dead baby around town?

For the Record . . . Linda, enough is enough. You continue to libel Senator Clinton. I and others have asked you to prove your statements - you haven't and you can't because your statements are false. While you are entitled to your opinion and I would never censor your opinions nor the opinions of the other right-wing fascist nut jobs in your flock, you have crossed the line. I have requested that all of your posts and parodies which contain the specific libelous statements against the great Senator Clinton be removed. My guess is that in order to avoid a lawsuit, the site will remove them. I just wanted you to know that it was me who made the request. Please direct your inarticulate rants regarding these deletions to me. Good luck in November - you'll need it. bob

Red Ant - I don't know if Cat gave me 1s on this parody, however, she has mentioned more than once on the board that she gave me 1s out of spite. Since that is the case, she doesn't really need to know the song to do so. It's not necessary to PM her, what ever that means, as I already was shown the posts by a friend of mine. -------- ------ -- -- -- ---- Thank you for the compliments, I appreciate them. ----- --- --- --- -- About your three things: I write the bashing democrat songs because that is mainly the exact opposite of what I find here, however, that being said: I have written pro-Republican songs. "Record Breakers Bush Did” and one of my favorites "Right-Wing Woman". I agree with your statements too, by the way. And all my political parodies are not bashing the left, supporting the right or singling out a certain politician, there are three that are neither right or left wing, dealing with subjects only... i.e. "But Kill the Babies"

RED ANT: "My Poor PC Died" is just one of five non-political / non-political related parodies I have tried. I also wrote: "Poor Jeeves is Gone" "Oh My Head, the Kegs, a Kiss?" and a couple of others. ---- ----- --- I believe your sincerity regarding the non-political pieces being voted poorly because of my political views; I have found that it is me, not my songs and because of my views, they too get 1's. I am not saying they are worthy of all 5's, I am no pro at this, however, I try really hard with pacing and such and know that they do not deserve straight 1's. Sadly, that is the case; but it does prove much of what I write in the political songs...

RED ANT: The song is old, way before I was born and it may have been in a musical, I am not aware of one though. It's a children's song and perhaps if you heard it, you would maybe recognize he tune. It's short - you can find the wav here: ------- ----- ---- --- http :// members.aol.com/cle1019/wmairzy.wav ------ --- Thank you for your post, you are not always flowery sweet, but always seem honest and sincere and I appreciate that. A big thanks to the AMIRIGHT editors who deleted the libelous Terhune rants against Senator Clinton found in many of her posts as well as in the introduction to one of her parodies; my faith in this website has been restored. Linda, I don't care where you get your talking points nor do I care for your political ideology. While I will defend your right to free speech, I will not permit you to lie. And with respect to Senator Clinton, you outright lied.
Immoral Liberal - September 18, 2006 - Report this comment
Thank you Mr. Pagliaro and thank you Amiright - I agree, if she can't prove a charge then it shouldn't be posted. On another note, Ms. Terhune was not sure of the origin of the song; I believe that I can fill in the gap, truthfully, of course. Part of the song is from a nursery rhyme and I believe the song was first played on a radio station that I used to work for - WOR Radio; it even hit number one sometime in the 40s. During WWII, the lyrics were apparently used as passwords by American soldiers.

These include Kennedy, Clinton, Reid, Boxer and many more.. all but Reid gave the funding back and he got the most.. Do the math.. Actually, Linda, Immoral sounds a lot more intelligent than you do - his posts are cogent; yours are not. And there is that problem that you have --- you continue to lie. It appears that you have been exposed by those on this website and they're not going to take it anymore. The fact is, out of all the names listed, Ney has been CONVICTED - and that's a fact, Jack. Embarrassed? Yes, you should be.

By the way, entering your google request only comes up with your post - interesting, isn't it? While I promise to continue to debunk and prove your lies are in fact lies - you might want to think about what Jesus would think of your conduct. Or is lying not a sin?

According to Ms. Terhune, "the larger percentage by far who took money or trips etc from Abramoff were the democrat senators, by FAR! 40 of the 43 around then did so... So you really sound stupid." Because her lies continue to go unchecked, I respectfully request that the following short news brief be left up (an exception to the news story ban). I am presenting facts here with backup while Terhune continues to post lies without backup. I will edit it for space, but the four paragrah story appears on page 8 of the Friday, September 29 edition of the NY Daily News - and on the Reuters news wire. Reuters --- Disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff had hundreds more contacts with top White House officials than those Bush administration officials had previously acknowledged, according to a congressional report to be released today. . . . [T]he House Government Reform Committee said the panel found about 485 contacts between Abramoff and . . . the White House, including 10 with Karl Rove. Abramoff and associates have pleaded guilty to conspiracy, fraud and related crimes . . . -30- Who sounds stupid now?

Linda, thank you for continuing to support me as those demoncrats continue to make such disparaging remarks about me. What's the problem with having email sex with underage boys? I mean it's not like I lied under oath, had an abortion or burned a flag. Those demoncrats will do anything to win the House in November - shouldn't sexual emails between a man and boy be confidential? I'm sure this had something to do with the liberal bias in the media.
Republican Culture of Corruption . . . - October 03, 2006 - Report this comment
Mark Foley - pedophile, alcoholic (will enter rehab and find Jesus) Tom Delay - an overwhelming number of ethical charges; indicted on misusing campaign funds; and linked in the Abramoff scancal. Bob Ney - biggest head to role in the Abramoff scandal - had to cop a plea to corruption charges. Randy Cunningham - CONVICTED of accepting more than $2.4 million in bribes from defense contractors. That's a lot of criminal corruption scandals at once, isn't it Linda? (By the way, unlike your posts, these are all true characterizations.)
Lurker - October 03, 2006 - Report this comment
Ah, Linda? Speaking of keeping up, hon (no pun intended with Foley) - you may want to look at the last few posts. Wow, the republican culture of corruption is running rampant, isn't it? And all the stories are true and current headline news - not like the lying rhetoric you continue to spew out by living in the past. I notice how quiet you get every time you get outed. Are you meeting with the right-wing extremists over kool-aid figuring out what type of spin you can put on the latest antics of your party. (And we haven't even touched on the administration's failed war policies. Where is Osama?)
Immoral Liberal - October 05, 2006 - Report this comment
So let me get this straight - no pun intended there Linda - the religious nuts who are out to convert the country to Christianity, prevent a woman's right to choose, prevent gay marriage and the "spread of homosexuality" have been (mis)led by Christian men such as Abramoff and Foley? And I'm immoral? Of course as someone said above - it's not like this guy Foley had consensual sex with a woman and then lied about it - so why are we wasting our time. (Just demoncrats costing the taxpayers money, I'm sure) Linda, if your party is smart, they will get a divorce from the evangelical rightwing nuts (which means your days are numbered). You people have made this country unsafe so that you can continue to put false fear into Americans, you're all a bunch of crooks and encourage pedophiles to have Internet sex when they should be on the House floor voting. I suspect we won't hear from you for some time now - you no longer even have the one leg to stand on. Or, are you back in the psycho ward again. Immoral Liberal (More moral than a moral conservative)

You are the only person on this site who I have done that to Linda, and the reason is because you are very vile and insulting with many of your parodies, and many of them directly attack or insult me and my beliefs. I don't attack republicans, or republican views, I realize some do, but scooping to that level makes you just as bad as those you are against. I am gay, you hate me for being gay. . .you don't know me, but that's what you do. Your parodies have several times made me feel a lot of pain, I try just not to read them, but when you write things so hurtful, I feel it my duty to oppose the view, and I have to. . .it's disrespectful and It's hard to respect any of your work when most of it is painful, attacking and demeaning to me and my beliefs, I do not demean or attack your beliefs even though I valantly disagree with most (not all) of them. If you really want to have a decent number of fans, stop insulting us as degenerates that don't deserve to breath, because honestly, that's the image I gather from MOST of your work, so I don't even bother to read them because I know how I'll feel at the end, Just as I don't read Michael Pacholeks, because while I agree with many of his believes, he is extreme just like you and I don't agree with insulting ones beliefs as a principle rule wether or not I agree with said beliefs.

I don't have anything to do with gays or at least the people... but I do have issues with gay marriage and the fact that straight people do not make a cause out of who they sleep with i.e., STRAIGHT POWER.. or those who like to hit in the bedroom... S&M POWER! - i mean, why tell us all about your bedroom sex habits and call it Power... It's not as if you are a group of struggling slaves or poverty stricken folk.. you just sleep with who you sleep with - why advertise? Who cares? C. I dont' care how you vote, I didn't make the voting system here.. I just write the parodies.
