The Lyrics

(Variation on a theme; Music: Harry Warren / Lyrics: Al Dubin , From the movie "42nd STREET" - 1934 )
(Ruby Keeler: )

Eating hearts amidst of ol' New York,
You'll find them walking there.
And the park amidst of ol' New York
They'll run you down right there.

Crazy undead that ... G-M-O bred
When you've got a little time to spare,
I'll tell you about there.

Fearing roars of zombie hoards
It's the sound of thunder signaling you ...
Zombies after you

Hear that roar the zombie hoard
It's the sound of undead chasin' you to ...
Zombie Avenue

Bloodied "naughties" of their forties,
Worms between their teeth:
Dead ol' ladies in their Eighties,
Chewing someone's feet.

Oh, We're terrified by zombified
Where the walking dead eat you head to toe ...
Zombie Avenue

(... tap dance ...)

We're Terrified by zombified
Where the walking dead can eat all of you ...
Blood red, half-dead, brain-fed undead
Zombie Avenue

Quite a production number..zany, and far out..I, especially, liked the dancing...what was that a waltz?

Great stuff, Sue (I know *I'm* stuffed!) with marvelously varied n' zombified choruses, dance (lunch?) breaks and *more gore* than the inventor of the internet!

One minor quibble: "hordes" meant. Otherwise, as tasty as. . . .
