The Lyrics

What's really sad about this weak "victory" is that it is so deeply flawed. Forcing any US citizen to buy a product or service under penalty from the US Govt. IS Unconstitutional. Second, the costs will be astronomical and force the Govt. to rob endangered Medicare to fund the Medicaid provisions for the States which will fight against having to add millions of uninsured to that program. Others that already pay for healthcare will see their premiums rise ANYWAY by up to 4% or more. We REPs are not against healthcare reform, just irresponsible healthcare reform. It didn't work in Romney's state, so think how much more disasterous it will be on a national level. When it initially passed the DEMs pushed the weakest proposal forward which speaks volumes of what it took to get Obama a single victory of his own during his first (and hopefully last) term! Osama, the Iraq withdrawl, and sluggish 2% growth are nothing as the first two were already planned and on-going under GWB and the last is a failure to claim true "Recovery" which would start at 5% growth. Obamacare must be destroyed at all costs.
Obamacare issue
it’s a crime

US healthcare needs a review
No debatin’
That it’s frustratin’

You know REPs can’t stand it
Commerce clause was found
Roberts stance hurt badly
One traitor let America down

Obamacare issue
it’s a crime
Undermines (real healthcare reform)

“Tax” excuse
“Tax” excuse
“Tax” excuse
Made “Constitutional”
But still not fair
Bad democracy (sheer idiocy)
Roberts can rot in hell

Futility
Obamacare issue
it’s a crime
(fiscal and illegal irresponsibility)

Let's not forget how Obamacare got passed in congress

The Louisiana Purchase:  Democrats’ acquisition of Sen. Mary Landrieu’s (D., La.) support for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Landrieu,  pledged her vote in exchange for gaining $200 million additional federal funds for Louisiana’s Medicaid program. Except that, due to a drafting error(?), the law ended up giving Louisiana $4.3 billion in extra Medicaid funds: more than twenty times the assigned amount.

The Cornhusker Kickback: The Federal Government will now fund Nebraska's new Medicaid recipients forever In exchange for Sen. Ben Nelson's (D.,Nebraska) vote on the $871 billion health bill -- the key 60th vote needed to overcome unanimous Republican opposition -- Democratic leaders guaranteed the federal government would pay the full price of expanded Medicaid coverage in Nebraska.

Bernie Sanders Payoff:  Sen. Bernie Sanders, Vermont, was not on board with the emerging Senate bill, but Sanders ended up endorsing Obamacare, after landing additional Medicaid funding for six years and $10 billion for community health centers.

Former Democratic U.S. Rep. Betsy Markey, who lost her seat to Republican challenger Cory Gardner in Colorado's 4th Congressional District in 2010, in large part because of her mysterious flip-flop from "no" to "yes" on how she would vote on Obamacare was appointed assistant secretary for intergovernmental affairs at the Department of Homeland Security in Washington by the Obama administration.

So the question today:  What did chief justice John Roberts get to vote yes on Obamacare?
