Song Parodies -> "Funny Larry"

Original Song Title:

"Bloody Mary"

Parody Song Title:

"Funny Larry"

Parody Written by:

The Comedian

The Lyrics

Funny Larry is the
Stooge I love!

Funny Larry is the
Stooge I love!

Funny Larry is the
Stooge I love!

Woob-Woob, Nyuk-Nyuk, Yeah, Yeah!

His hair is crazier than
Bozo The Clown's!

His hair is crazier than
Bozo The Clown's!

His hair is crazier than
Bozo The Clown's!

Woob-Woob, Nyuk-Nyuk, Yeah, Yeah!

Funny Larry's nose is
In a vise!

Now Moe's beatin' him with
Blocks of ice!

Kind of stupid,
But he's
Kind of nice!

Woob-Woob, Nyuk-Nyuk, Yeah, Yeah!!

(instrumental with various Stooge sound-effects)

Curly always gets from
Moe, a shove!

Moe fights dirty and does
Not wear gloves!

But it's Larry who's the
Stooge I love!

Woob-Woob, Nyuk-Nyuk, Yeah, Yeah!

Woob-Woob,
Nyuk,
Nyuk,
Yeah,
YEAH!

" S'oitin'ly! "

Although it must be said that the universal appeal of the Brothers Stooge has always been lost on me...

"Really, Lee? Did that HAVE to be said?"
"Yes it did."
"Ok....

...Anyhoo... really, really nice. In the last verse, it's really great the way you bring in the other two bros and lead up to a reiteration of the basic premise. Skilz, bro. Nice "ain't that too damn bad" sub, too.

Did you drag out your South Pacific soundtrack today? I don't know any of these, but wish I did.

Thanks, folks!

Lee: Are you more of a Marx Brothers fan? I like 'em both, but they're very different from each other.

Adagio: I did them all from my musical memory, assisted, when necessary, by lyrics-websites. That's how I do 99% of my parodies.

JB: Nyuk nyuk nyuk!

Ravyn: Scroll fearlessly, and carry a big stick! I have no idea what that means.

Cookie-man: Tryin' to stay out of trouble, that's all!

alvin: Larry Fine was a natural-born clown, truly a funny man.

They say the side of Larry's face was like shoe leather from being slapped for fifty years.
