47 arrests last night, but no tear gas fired. Schools aren't open for classes, but they provide the main meal each day for a lot of the low income students. I think the whole thing will calm down once the media get bored with the story and go find some other community to stir up.

The fact that CNN frequently broadcasts out of Ferguson when their series "The Sixties" should be on is a constant reminder of how race relations in the United States has progressed, but not as much as it should have since the civil rights movement. It's just under the surface of the skin. And let's face facts: white people love to see black people act out, sorta like "Negroes Gone Wild." The only interest in the Michael Brown story now is waiting for some black person to throw a bottle at the FPD and then wait for the response from white police in camouflage and army rifles riding in armored vehicles creeping down the street. It was quieter last night but then these incidents go in emotional cycles after each major press release of new evidence or testimony. The investigation is already botched and the officer has probably been coached on what to say. Who can blame black people from being mad as hell?

And I have the right to choose how many songs and which genres and artists or other materials to use for this topic. As for the Muppet song, there are variations over the years. I chose this title as the old "Banana-Banan" with appropriate length (the OS repeats more). You should at least credit me with taking a nonsensical, silly, incoherent, fluff song and bulking it up with information on a controversial topic that is dominating the headlines in this nation. Sure, I could do Sonny & Cher's "I Got You Babe" as "He Shot Him Dead"... but I'm doing smaller unorthodox materials on this topic right now. If you don't like it, write your own pariodies about it.

Ferguson is in eastern MO. near St. Louis. Rush Limbaugh is from this region and he has been broadcasting his hate for years. Needless to say he was able to spread the influence from there. That occurred because of a strong fan base in east MO. With that the people there probably have been influenced by his radio diarrhea. It probably rubbed off on local attitudes there and now look. Even if Michael Brown was committing a crime the cops overreacted big time. Don't the local cops know what Taseing is for? That Pink Floyd song states, "We don't need no thought control". There's a reason why this song was banned in certain nations. Black South Africans ("Bantus") used it to protest the apartheid regime.
