The Lyrics

Below Average Dave has every intention of keeping his parodies free, however financially it is difficult to do so without some assistance. I have a brand new radio show which will air live on 365 coming January of 2011, this album is to commemorate that show and to raise money for costs which are going to be hard for me to pay without fan support. Enjoy my first ever full length parody album. For a hard copy version, please let me know you are interested and I'll tell you how to get one. They will eventually be posted to Amazon.com and the like, at that time you can get it there!
This Winter Hell,
Streets frozen all day
While certain dumb bastards are causing lengthy delays
Crashing noises made while breaking their jeeps
It's a darn snowy night, so the traffic will creep
Cold hell, cold hell, cold hell, cold hell
Off work tomorrow so guess all is well

When I got home,
I had lost my power
so the heat had went out, I took a cold shower
And so my house,
it was quite a fright
Though I had lots of covers I still got frost bite
Cold hell, cold hell, cold hell, cold hell
Let it snow to me as a song wont sell

And by the morn of the next day my car
Wouldn't start 'cause the anti-freeze leaked-how bizarre
I need some milk
and that was my intent
Now I can't go nowhere 'til a warm front is sent
Cold hell, cold hell, cold hell, cold hell
Wish I lived in the tropics-this I yell

A lot of your Christmas songs are based on the same topic. Which is good for an album like the one you're releasing but gets tedious reading them back to back like this. Still this was a great song.

I thought this was going to be about the 2004 Boston Red Sox -- as was my own "Pigs Are Flying." Or maybe it's about the Republican Party doing the right thing and voting for legislation that actually helps nonrich people (other than by accident).

Thank You Michael Pacholek, Thank you Matthias--one thing I will point out is that, same and similar are two different things. . .1 is about Chinese Food, One is about cooking Reindeer, 1 is about being in the Keys on Christmas, One is about the Cold sucking (this one), One is about Santa being a cannibal, one is about Santa being a ho, One is about a greedy little brat, one is about aliens, one is about breaking up, One is about shopping in general, one is about general winter mishaps (particularly coughs) and one is about oil gouging. While there are several that hint a the cynical sides of Christmas (which was kinda the theme) no two were exactly the same. . .this was no accident I assure you
