The Lyrics

Xmas in July... at least as far as Jon and I are concerned ;-)
Dashing through the aisles,
Just a few months away,
Not much more to go,
To get the eggnog that we crave
July starts the yearning
of that liquid delight
What fun it is anticipating
The Southern Comfort type!!!

(Chorus)
Oh, November sales, November sales,
A drink for the holidays,
Oh, cast the yule gifts aside
Only Eggnog makes our day!
November sales, November sales,
Worth the price we pay,
Rum & Brandy mixed with pride
For a warm, fuzzy holiday!

72 days to go,
We'll take it all in stride,
In July it's just too bright
Diet Pepsi seems just right
Temp drop we will thank,
Turning cold from hot,
Raid the piggy bank
When eggnog's back in stock!

(Chorus)

When the ground turns white,
And Xmas songs are sung,
Forget the shopping list all right,
Straight to Walmart for eggnog!
Stock up for many days,
Buy as much as you need,
January will come dismay,
When the shelves will become empty...

(Chorus)

Son-of-a-gun! You did it! You really did it! And the pacing? Forget about it!

Nope, not yet... which is puzzling since the factory is in California!!! And yes, can't wait for late October or early November for Southern Comfort eggnog to arrive! Btw, I added the Diet Pepsi line in honor of your preference. I prefer Diet Coke with aspartame ;-)

I assume this parody is intended to add to your productivity. I'm puzzled. When I think of German productivity, I also think of precision, quality, and working to tight tolerances -- especially in the case of machinists. But your productivity is as forced as that of a Stakhanovite assembly worker or a milk cow or an egg hen.

Apply your standard to the bulk of regulars here who most often write of the mundane. This parody was meant to be simple, a Xmas in July about awaiting eggnog. It was for Jon and me. I've also written about thousands of other diverse topics with a wide range of concepts. And I have over 650 individual artists now in 3344 parodies. I write about anything. And all the critics can go to hell. There are many guys here who talk of comics, movies, superheroes, technology, politics, sports, whatever. I just lead in weapons, war, and lots of little-known things of history. A mixed bag, for sure...

Of course, I was referring to parody quality, not parody topic. I do note, in your favor, your spectacular scores. Very impressive, and highly unsuspicious.
