The Lyrics

Just a parody of one of my favorite Christmas songs that stemmed up after a chat with a friend. Based on Roald Dahl's classic tale "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (chiefly the West End musical version).
Up on the factory, reindeer pause
Out jumps good ol' Santa Claus
Down through the chimney with lots of toys
All for the Ticket Winners, Christmas joys.
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.

First comes the stocking of little Mike
Here's something he's sure to like
A keyboard for hacking - it splits in two
Soon to be his most prized possession, it's true.
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.

Next comes the stocking of Auggie Gloop
What's in here sure won't make him droop!
Here are some bratwursts and lots of kraut
There's so much in there, it's spilling out!
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.

Next comes the stocking of Violet B.
Look in here and what do you see?
I see a shiny new microphone
Violet will make her love for it shown!
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.

Next comes the stocking of lil Miss Salt
Wait a minute, is it my fault?
I don't see anything in here at all
Veruca deserves that, since her downfall.
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.

Last comes the stocking of Charlie B.
He will love this gift, yes sirree!
A journal with pages all clean and white,
In which he'll be happy to draw and write.
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Ho, Ho, Ho! Who wouldn't go?
Up on the factory, click, click, click,
Down through the chimney with good Saint Nick.
