Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

This song is dedicated to all fanatics everywhere regardless of religious or political leanings
If you want a holy war shout Jihad
If you want a holy war shout Jihad
If you really think you oughta
Then declare an intifada
If you want a holy war shout Jihad

If the priest hood says you must shout Jihad
If the priest hood says you must shout Jihad
If the priest hood says you must
Then you know your cause is just
If the priest hood says you must shout Jihad

If you want to be a martyr shout Jihad
If you want to be a martyr shout Jihad
If you're morally justified
And your not afraid to die
If you want to be a martyr shout Jihad

If you feel you are oppressed shout Jihad
If you feel you are oppressed shout Jihad
If you feel you are oppressed
By the evils of the West
If you feel you are oppressed shout Jihad

Watch out, Ray... you say your song is not directed toward any particular beliefs, however Jihad comes out of Islamic teachings and beliefs exclusively. Maybe you should rewrite it with some other similar (all too sadly) catchall phrase meaning "violence in the name of a Supreme Being". 444

There's 11 syllables in the first sentence, the 'martyr' line was the only one that fit this, so I had to mark you down for timing.
