The Lyrics

You really shouldn't enjoy this parody if you are beyond kindergarten age, but since this virtual room of AmIright monkeys... I mean writers, apparently are heading for a new kind of "uranus" phase, who am I to stop you? Know1. :-)
99 monkeys did monkey type art
99 monkeys, for start
When George of the Jungle did happen to fart
1 of the monkeys had infarct of heart

98 monkeys they sat in a tree
98 monkeys, and see!
When George of the Jungle did came there to pee
2 of the monkeys decided to flee

96 monkeys were minding their biz
96 monkeys, that is
When George of the Jungle did came there to whizz
4 of the monkeys were running for bliss

92 monkeys they went to the loo
92 monkeys, it's true
When George of the Jungle did came there to poo
8 of the monkeys took off shouting "Ewww!!!"

84 monkeys were taking a nap
84 monkeys, clap, clap
When George of the Jungle did came there to crap
16 green monkeys took off from the map

68 monkeys were having a fit
68 monkeys, and spit
When George of the Jungle did came there to shit
32 monkeys dropped dead 'for he quit

The rest of the monkeys did hide in a Palm
The rest of the monkeys were calm
Then Ingeborg Norden did came with napalm
Not 1 single monkey now sits in that tree!

Thanks for the shout-out, my fellow Swedish-speaker...although--

"The name Nordén's a pain to re-explain..." ;-)
Three fives for the pacing, the surprise ending AND the attempt at stopping the latest "invasion from Uranus".

Shout-out, what shout out? This is just my attempt to do the kind of a cappella song that I myself would have loved to sing around age 5-10, at the school yard, together with my friends, substituting the five syllable name "George of the Jungle" with the name of whatever teacher, bully or celebrity that was currently a topic: "Ronald McDonald", "Marilyn Manson", "Dubya and Kerry", "Frodo and Gandalf", "Merry and Pippin", "Jar-Jar and Padme", "Benjamin Franklin" and even "Usama bin Laden" (if you take away the pre-word "when") all work in that place. The fact that I could sorta sneak in a little bit of an inside joke was just a bonus here. :-)

And the 1-2-4-8-16-32 count-down part in those last lines are an idea for this song that I've kept in the back of my mind since I wrote "(These Are The Guidelines If You Want) A Threesome Of Numero 5 For A Song":

It just happened to come in handy here when the right(?) subject sorta fell into my lap.

As for the name Nordén I figured that the majority here automatically will pronounce it in an American way, guess who has experienced the same "no not on that syllable" thing with "Peter". But it doesn't really matter, If I should ever move abroad I would probably just adapt and start pronounce it that way myself. :-)

Did you really produce this song by buying 100 typewriters?

The parody's pacing is good, but the excrement references get old really fast. I have to give bonus points for the ending though. 5-4-4

Heh heh. So silly it's...silly.
