The Lyrics

heres my full version of Punk Rock Christmas. I originally submitted a much shorter version of this song titled "Very Punk Rock Xmas", using Xmas instead of Christmas, just cause it sounded more "punk" or whatever. But here I just use "Christmas" for pacing reasons, etc...
It's a very punk rock Christmas
Danzig smashed up all the lights
And who'd a thunk, Sid got drunk
And started up a fight
It's a very punk rock Christmas
Fat Mike is Santa Clause
East Bay Ray pulled the sleigh
And broke all the traffic laws

Oh sh*t, Rottens' lit
Rollins burnt down the tree
Tre Cools' hanging with all the elves
Once more, coal for G.G.!

It's a very punk rock Christmas
Flogging Molly brought the beer
A Rancid fan crashed his van into the lawn reindeer
It's a very punk rock Christmas
Jellos' pranking the police
Greg Graffin, and all his men
Are spinnin' "Process of Belief"

Oi!, Oi!, the gang enjoys
Several Yuletide tunes
El Hefes' playing trumpet while
Dave King plays the spoons

It's a very punk rock Christmas
And in case you didn't know
Fredricksen wrecked the house, along with Billie Joe
It's a very punk rock Christmas, and
Davey Havocs' feeling wrecked
His house once black, it got attacked
And its halls were decked

It's a very punk rock Christmas
And in case we ya didn't hear
Oh by Molly, have a very jolly out Christmas this year
Oh by Murphys have a very merry Christmas this year
sorry if anyone here dosent know the names mentioned. just enter them in a search engine, you should be able to figure em out.

there are some typos i missed in the final part, so where it says "in case we ya didn't hear", the "we" shouldnt be there. also, where it says "very jolly out Christmas" take away the "out". thats all

555, very good. =) I hope G.G. Allin didn't crap on the floor(like he did at his shows).

The original was by Burl Ives. This was a cute idea, but it's Christmas parodies like this that make me say, "Wake me up when December ends."

Where's Tim Armstrong? Why Billie Joe and Tre? They're not punk anymore. Not trying to be a d*_che but being involved in the culture 24/7 makes me say this.

If you're involved in the culture 24/7, then you gotta be too mind-numbed by bad culture to respond to this stuff. LOL
