They're bragging about how much they "rock" abd are better than other bands. (While at the time it was true, it still qualifies)

The only song in Metallica's history where they mention the name of their band. Actually, pretty much all of the "Kill 'Em All" album could be considered boasting. (In live performances James chasnge the lyrics to "'cause YOU'RE Metallica!" which is a lot more generous.)
